Earned Revenue & Cause Marketing Workshop

Interactive Workshop Overview

Interest in earned revenue is rising among executives, board members, and innovators at non-profit organizations.

Typically, non-profits have a clear vision of their mission and an incredible passion to deliver, but they don’t have the ability to translate that mission and passion into earned revenue through cause marketing relationships or revenue-generating programs, products or services. Jumpstart your creative thinking and return to your office and organization with specific activities, tools, and inspiration to pursue revenue generating opportunities with your organization.

Description & Agenda

Stephen Brand, Chief Imagination Officer of the New Enterprise Factory, is the lead facilitator of this high-energy, morning workshop.  In addition to “Cause Marketing 101,” the Workshop features:

  • Earned Revenue & Cause Marketing Mad Libs, an entertaining introduction to what’s possible in your organization using the familiar, fun, and funny format.
  • The Foundation of Innovation, an introduction to the required elements for successful innovation: Assets; Passion & Brand; Market Needs; Organizational Systems, Processes, and Culture
  • Earned Revenue & Cause Marketing Reductions, in which we “unpack” successful earned revenue and cause marketing ventures.
  • Scripting Seinfeld, an earned revenue creation exercise that forces connections between assets.
  • Cause Marketing Improv and Earned Revenue Improv, interactive exercises where we build products, programs and services with volunteers from the audience.
  • Wrap-Up: Q&A, Networking
